Soursop Leaves (10g)
Soursop, is the fruit of the annona muricata. A broad-leaf, flowering evergreen tree native to Central America, parts of the Caribbean, South East Asia and the Pacific.
While the fresh soursop fruit is widely used for tasty desserts and juices, the leaves have long been used to make tea to be used in traditional medicine in various cultures. Sometimes the leaves are also ground into a powder which is added to other food and drinks.

Preparation:
1. Wash before use then simply place 2 to 3 Soursop leaves in a cup.
2. Cover with boiling water for a few minutes.
3. Remove the leaves or strain the liquid then drink the resulting liquid.
1b. Alternatively, use 20 to 30 leaves and boil in 1L of water.
2b. Simmer the liquid and reduce to around 800ml.
3b. Strain the resulting liquid and then refrigerate.
It can be consumed over the following 2-3 days.
