This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.purelife.london (the “Site”).

5.1 Data - Lotus Flower Foods Ltd is the data controller and responsible for all data collected through the Website.  We collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and any other information provided at the time of ordering in order to perform the contract between us, to recover debts owed to us and to perform marketing and other analysis of our legitimate business growth.

5.2 We do not collect any ‘Sensitive Data’ about you.

5.3 Use - We use the information provided for delivery and do not share data with any third parties.  We do not send unsolicited marketing e-mails unless you opt in for these.

5.3 Safety – Data security is maintained via a firewall, encryption and password protection.

5.5 As required by law, we retain transaction data for a period six of years.

5.6 Access – You may request a summary of the data we hold relating to you at any time and may request rectification, erasure or simply to restrict any further processing i.e. if you don’t want us to do anything with your information or contact you in the future.  Data requests and complaints are to be sent in the first instance to info@purelife.london.  We aim to respond to all data requests within 28 days.
