- Delivery
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. You should allow up to 5 working days for an order in the United Kingdom to arrive, and up to 10 working days for overseas, subject to Royal Mail postage guidelines.
- Please contact us if your order is outside of its estimated delivery time. Postage and shipping rates do not cover tracked, signed for or insured goods. We accept no responsibility for lost, damaged or misplaced packages. Proof of postage can be provided if required.
- We will ship to the delivery address you have provided when ordering.
- If an item is returned to us as unclaimed or not delivered, a refund will be offered subject to a deduction for postage/shipping/courier fees.
- Courier delivery can be arranged upon special request and a quotation provided.
- We do not accept responsibility for any overseas taxes, import fees or duties payable in cases of international shipping.
- Returns
- We do not offer refunds for any items. We will exchange any faulty or damaged items.
- Faulty or damaged items will only be exchanged if returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
- We are unable to refund return postage.
- Pre-authorised returns are to be sent to a specified postal address after confirmation.

All of our products are derived from natural and organic sources. We, our suppliers and providers are passionate about responsible sourcing, sustainability, ethics and organic growing. All of our products are completely vegan and without cruelty to animals.

- When you place an order with us you are entering into a formal contract governed by English law. Payment is taken by a secure payment method at the time you place the order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this & refund you in full.

- We reserve the right to update the price of individual products without notice.

We collect your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and any other information provided at the time of ordering in order to perform the contract between us, to recover debts owed to us and to perform marketing and other analysis of our legitimate business growth.
5.2 We do not collect any ‘Sensitive Data’ about you.
5.3 Use - We use the information provided for delivery and do not share data with any third parties. We do not send unsolicited marketing e-mails unless you opt in for these.
5.3 Safety – Data security is maintained via a firewall, encryption and password protection.
